Hey guys,
Was looking at reviews on this page with some of the products I bought - Just thought I would list my new PC (Have currently bought it, waiting on some parts) and just wanted it rated.

Would like to know how it'll go gaming wise and what weakness's I might encounter - List as follows:

Thermaltake Overseer Tower with additional fans
Seagate 3TB HDD
Corsair 250GB SSD
Corsair 1000W 80 Gold Power supply
Corsair 16GB Vengeance Pro RAM x 2
Corsair Vengeance Fan
Corsair Hydro series H110 CPU cooler
AMD FX-9590 BLK Edition 4.7 GHz CPU
Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X 4GB Card x 2
ASUS Crosshair V-Formula-Z Mobo (ROG version)

I currently run Logitec gaming mouse and keyboard - Looking to upgrade soon.
With a Sony Bravia 32" as a monitor.

Wanting to upgrade to a 3 monitor system for games - Thoughts?

Look forward to hearing (I just checked and bought a system I could afford and assumed it would be decent haha....)

Thanks in advance.

Heh, I feel sorry, but I have to tell that.

CPU: i5 4690k
GPU: R9 280x/290 x 2

Would give you much better gaming performance.

Don't know where you live, so can't compare prices.

I live in Australia.

I've already purchased the system - So not too fussed - Just wanting to know what issues I might come across?
I thought overclocking to 5.2 would have around the same performance? (I'm not very computer literate)

And I admit, I did no research at all.

- Overkill PSU
- Should have got a single powerful graphics card and add a second one of those later on, or just upgrade to a better card
-8GB of ram is enough for gaming
- Could have saved money and got the 8320/8350 and OCed it to the 9 series level.

None of which is a rating on my system or where my weakness is. I came for advice.

System has been purchased. I got 2 cards that were cheap (Under $200 each) so I thought why not.
I was told the CPU + cooler are quite power hungry and was recommended to run that one.

I do not see any issues so far, a cool build, just a little bit weak GPU.

Overclocking CPU will improve overall performance, but in games it will be 1-3 fps.
I like to push hardware to its limits, so I would definitely overclock.

You may try to overclock gpus as well.

I've just emailed the supplier (As I'm waiting on a ETA for the MOBO) to see if it is possible to change.
I just really like the AMD stuff.

What single GPU should I get? And would an intel CPU fit to the MOBO? (Complete newb here)
I don't mind on price.

I like AMD too, but its current products just don't fit my needs ((

Be very careful with the "cheap" hardware.
When you receive your build, run stress tests for cpu, gpu and ram.

As for intel.. no, you can't install intel cpu into amd motherboard.
If you wanna change, then: i5 4690k or i7 4790k and any of z97 motherboards, depends on your price range.

What would you recommend swapping too (Similar products)
For new CPU / GPU / MOBO

From Umart (Pref as I have already paid and I won't get a refund that easily)

CPU:
Intel Core i5 4670K - http://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.pht...
Intel Core i7 4770K - http://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.pht...

ASUS AMD R9 290X - http://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.pht...

The i5 4690k and i7 4790k should be available soon but it looks like you cannot wait.

You didn't tell your price range, that is why I recommend what is the best and not too overpriced.

I'll jump on the i7
Asus Maximus and the 290x

See if they can swap it over. Should only be a $200 or so difference.

Good, you may add another r9 290x and cfx them in the future.

I have read that r9 290x has some bugs with Elpida memory.
They all say hynix memory is better.
Google "r9 290x elpida memory"

Heavily stress your gpu when received.

What will the 2 differences be on that one for me? (Gaming, not mining)

You mean what would be the difference between your build and the one I recommended?

If yes then:

FX-9590 vs i7 4770k, read this article: http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-r...

R9 270x CFX vs R9 290x, read this article: http://www.tweaktown.com/articles/5984/sapphire-radeon-...

Keep in mind:
R9 290x has 4GB of ram compare to 29 270x has only 2gb of ram.
i7 4770k supports PCI-E 3.0 and FX-9590 does not.
i7 4770k consumes much less power and not that hot.
You still may overclock i7 to 4.2 - 4.5 ghz and it will be a beast.

So im down to another 2 choices:

Reviews say the Saphire is better, as it uses Hynix memory and can be clocked to 1260mhz

http://umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?i...

There as the below may not have Hynix and doesnt run as cool (Actually costs $44 more)
http://umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?i...

Thoughts?

Looking at the stats tho, the ASUS one is 1250 standard?
I don't know enough to pick one

Yes, Saphire might be a good choice.
Just I have had some bad experience with Saphire cards, that is why I can't recommend it.
But that doesn't mean all of the Saphire cards are bad.

Man, its been long time since your question. How is your build? Did you replace your parts with intel cpu/motherboard?
