how to change graphic setting in gta 4

GUYS I HAVE INSTALLED GTA 4 AND IT DOESNT LET ME CHANGE MY GRAPHIC PROPERTIES I HAVE INTEL HD 2000 when i go to the graphics menu it doesnt let mer change any value and i have tried norestriction ,,,,etc thing but they dont work i have 4 gb ram on my computer and still it says resource usage 202/56

Try reinstalling the game. Or do it through the config files present in the game directory. I don't really know the name of the files. But surely, Reinstall the game. After this, try patching it to the newest update (official or Skidrow if pirated)
