My father will buy these for my Computer and i want to be sure it will work fine on next-gen high or ultra settings (1080p or 720p)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 SERIES
Intel Core i7 4770 3.40 Ghz (OVERCLOCKED up to 4.0 Ghz )
12 GB Ram
P.S :I really want to know if it will work fine on GTA V on high or max settings because for that game in specially will buy these specs and fr another next-gen games.

Solution
If your only focus is gaming i suggest getting an I5-4670k or 4690k instead of the 4770k and using the extra 100 dollars on an upgrade to the gtx 770

Firstly, the whole 'Next-gen' idea is crap that could've been done on PCs years ago but disregarding that like Vortical said save your money and get a 4670K, you don't even need to OC it and get yourself a nice GTX 770.

Your current specs is great for 30fps on ultra maybe just turn of AA(I don't use it, at 1080p is barely recognizable) if not ultra then defintely High.

Also R* has a bad history with their PC games currently from GTA IV. Your rig may run it well or may not really depends on how well it'll be optimized but honestly I'm sure you'll be fine
