I have a Belkin G Wireless Router, Model: F5D7234-4 V5. I can connect to my wireless router easily through my laptop, but when i try to connect to the router on any other device (friends laptop, my iPhone 5s) it connects but it says that there is no internet access. Please help me, I have a rising cell phone bill and (for the sake of convenience) I would like all the devices in my apartment to be able to seamlessly connect to the router

I had problems with my iPhone 4. For some reason it was the only device I had that would not connect to the router when I had the router channels set to "auto." Or rather, it showed as connected but I had no internet access. After some experimentation it seemed the only channel it would connect to was Channel 1 (even though, bizarrely, it wasn't the strongest channel!). Have you tried playing with the channels?

Did you set any security settings on the router from default? Try changing the security used maybe for testing, or set to no security (only or a short time to test). You can also try to check for a firmware update for the router and maybe to a reset to factory settings and try again then.
