I'm not sure which one to buy.. Here are the links i'm buying from(local websites) in my country.
They have the same price, same amount of memory, same speed, but the Ripjaws X has lower latency.

I'm looking to overclock them to 1866(If possible, please correct me if i'm wrong) since i heard haswell likes it better that way. I'm using i7-4770 and Gigabyte Z87x-UD3H.

Another option: There's this Crucial Ballistix Elite 1866 8GB Ram at CL9.. Would this be better than any of the two above considering my current hardware?

I've heard GSkill makes really good ram, but i don't know much about Crucial..

i would prefer this kit due to very tight timmings. 1600MHz / 7-8-8-24-2N. practically you cant o/c your non-k 4770 and i would suggest not try tweaking ram either(even if you can). stay with the XMP settings. it will provide very good performance as it is.
