Looking for a Gaming PC Build for $700-$800

Just looking for something that will help me play the newest games and modding older ones.

Games I will be playing: Watchdogs, modded Fallout New Vegas, modded Elder Scrolls V, Defiance, Borderlands The Pre-Sequel, Battlefield Hardline, and Minecraft.

Other Activities: Basic Web Browsing, Youtube, and Drawing.

Overclocking: If possible.

Buying a monitor: If possible.

CPU: Preferably AMD.

Buying an OS: No.

Graphics: Medium-Ultra Settings.

Hard Drive: At least 500 GB HDD.

Looking for a due date of about September
Thanks to all who help me out with this.

    intel option: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/KsBYQ7
    both include a 23' 1080p monitor.
  2. Do you already own a retail copy of Windows 7/8? If not, how are you planning to play those games?
  3. Disagree with their 6-core AMD recommendation. You need single-threaded performance far more often for games. More cores is useful for video encoding and things like that... not for gaming.
