My computer specs are:
Amd Athlon 64 3200+ oc 5%
Motherboard K8U-X
HIS ATI Radeon HD 4670 1GB AGP
2 GB DDR1 Ram

So here's the deal when i got my graphics card i installed hotfix drivers from his site and my idle temperatures were 38C and mid 40s when gaming. But i tried latest drivers from AMD site and temperatures were in 50s when idle. So i got back to hotfix drivers now im asking what temperatures should i trust? One more thing.

When im gaming i use MSI Afterburner and monitor my gpu usage and temps. For example, when i play Mirror's Edgde on low i get about 20 fps and 20% gpu usage, but when i turn up graphics on high i get 60fps and about 40% gpu usage so whats the deal with that? In League of Legends my gpu usage is 11-15% and won't go up.

Yes i know my rig is old and that gpu is bottlenecking but i don't have money for new rig. Probablly gonna get 939 mobo and thats all.

Go with official drivers no matter what. And as long as your gpu doesnt go to or above 70C in prolonged heavy use it is acceptable. 40-50C Is no sweat.

And you wont realy get any more juice out of that rig no matter what. AGP VGA and an X2 3200(wich is even worse) with 2gb DDR1 ram is pretty much only capable of what you wrote down.

The only real solution is an upgrade. If you dont have money Then just get a new Mobo with an intel i-5 (lga 1150) with integrated GPU(<-I recomend) or an AMD A-10 also with integrated GPU and a 4gb stick of DDR3 4gb ram.

That would be a lot faster then your current and you would just have to get another stick of 4gb ram and a decent GPU to make it boom later.

The fps thing and the GPU usage is because...

The fps thing and the GPU usage is because your CPU farts out even before it could get higher , but with higher settings more load is put on the GPU thus taking its usage higher.
