I am using dell vostro 2520 Laptop. I3-M3120, RAM (one stick 2GB-1600MHZ-DDR3) 500GB (5400RPM).

I WANT TO BUY

A. One 4GB RAM [Total will be 2 stick in laptop ---- 2+4 GB RAM (both will 1600MHZ-DDR3)] - is three may be any issue?
note:- don't want 2x4 gb (don't want to spand more money)...

B. 100GB to 130GB Internal SSD (I or II or III) for laptop hard-drive slot (I will use my old 500GB HDD as external in casing for data storage).

Note:-speed matters over storage space within little over budget (Money)

I am a .Net developer. I will use following software/tools same time on Windows 7 or 8 (64 Bit)

1. Visual studio 2012 (with 50 MB project)
2. SQL Server 2008
3. corme /Firefox / IE (8 to 10 windows same time),
4. Office excel 2012
5. Widows folders (4 to 5 windows)
6. MS outlook 2012
7. MS Word 2 file compare tool
8. IIS hosting tool
9. WIN RAR

You’re all suggestion welcome regarding Hardware Company/ model Name, Capacity, technical issues and other considerable points.

You generally want to match your ram so try to find out what company and model number your existing ram is then try to get another stick of same kind.

As far as SSDs go Samsung and Intel seem to have pretty good ones. I can't really make any recommendations because I'm not familiar with India but maybe someone else can help you on the SSD choice.

Also your computer will not support 3 sticks of ram, few laptops do. The most ram you can get is 2x4GB sticks.

I'm guesing by SSD 1,2,3 your talking about SATA? Your computer has SATA but i couldn't find out which kind of sata it has. There is a good chance it is SATA 3 but even if it is SATA 2 any SSD should be fine for it. Just find one with a good price. Even SATA 2 should be fine for your SSD, your transfer speeds will prob be limited by your Processor because it is a laptop and not the SATA connection.

Keep in mind the transfer numbers on the box are sequential and not random. Random read and writes will be much lower but the SSD will still be fast because of the low latency on them.

As far as the RAM just make sure you have the right kind for your laptop. Your laptop prob has 2x2GB sticks the most your computer can handle is 2x4GB sticks. Any of those RAM you listed should be ok just make sure you get 2 4GB sticks and not 1 8GB stick.
