Yes you can. I would recommend more watt so you won't have to upgrade your PSU when your upgrading your GPU. I have used that PSU with the FX 6300 OC to 4.5ghz and a 7870 for couple of months with no problem and that's drawing more power than your system will!

GTX 660 draws a bit more but it should work. You know the R9 270 performs better than the GTX 660? unless your getting it for other reasons.

They are all pretty much the same. I'll just get whatever is cheapest or looks the best.
