Ok I have just taken apart my HTPC to fix a noisy fan. I fixed the fan but now when I turn it on, the fans start for 5 seconds then die for 3 seconds and then start back up and continue to spin. And now I am getting nothing on my screen.. no beeps.. It isnt even detecting there is a monitor connected :/

Strangest thing.. So I checked everything was connected and seated correctly.. Still same prob.. Then I unplugged the hdmi cable from my gtx670 and into the onboard graphics on the mobo and now it is working..
Hmm I hope I didnt fry my card. When I was fixing my previous problem about the noisy fan I was holding the torch in my mouth and a bit of dribble came out and I didnt see where it landed. I hope it didnt land on my card :/

My rear case fans.. but anyway they got fixed with cleaning the dust.
Hmm this is my only pc i have access to at the moment. It is still detected by the bios and windows said it is working fine. If I leave the hdmi connected to the on board graphics and try to play games will it ignore the fact I have a gtx670 and reduce performance?
