Help choosing PSU

I made a pc rig few days ago:
i3-4130 or i3-4150
GA-H87M-D3H
CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9
N300
WD10EZEX
(integrated graphic card)

Which of this PSUs should i get?

XFX ProSeries 450W Core Edition V2 Full Wired(lots people suggested me this psu)
Cooler Master Thunder B600 Alimentatore 600 W(i think it's not the correct name)
Thermaltake Munich 430W
Thermaltake Berlin 630W

Are they haswell compatible? Or do they work with an haswell or haswell-refresh CPU anyway?

On the manual of the gigabyte mobo is said that there is an option that allows you to toggle the C3/C6 mode: are they referring to C6/C7 state of the CPU (haswell)?

Should i disable this option or set it to auto to make those psus compatible or has nothing to do with?

For a power supply stick with Antec, XFX or Seasonic. The XFX is a fine choice. All of those PSUs are compatible with Haswell or any prior generation so don't worry about that (marketing).

C3/C6 has to do with the scaling of the CPU. You won't be overclocking so I wouldn't mess with it and just allow the processor to do what it is supposed to. ...scale down at idle and scale up on demand.
