Safe GPU usage?

So, essentially I have two questions relating to my MSI GTX 770.

Background info:
While I play hitman absolution, I can crank up the settings pretty high and I maintain 60fps at GPU usages of between 80%-100% on a stock voltage with +55Mhz core clock (MSI gaming app OC mode). The fanspeed never exceeds 50% and the temperature is always between 55 C and 60C.

1. Is a GPU usage of 80%-100% for long periods safe? Even when the temperatures are very low?
2. Is it okay to have a slight overclock on a stock voltage. Should I bump up the voltage?

Thanks in advance! :D

Solution
GPU and CPU can operate at high usage for hours on end, provided 2 conditions are met:

1) Power feeding the device is clean and well within safe specs.
2) Temperatures are low, well below the thermal limits.

Based on what you are saying above, you are fine. Temps are great for this load, and that card has good power.

These are very good temperatures, do not play with the voltage setting, ever. It might cause instability, causing crashes and such, the 770 is overkill for hitman. I don't see the problem with the GPU usage showing 80-100%. If the video starts tearing and stutering, then you might have a problem, else it just seems like your card is doing it's job !
