Hi I have a 2GB ram :(  and since most new games on my pc stutter sometimes I discovered this HDD as VRAM method.

Does this really fix the stuttering effect in games ? Mainly watch_dogs
And should I make it bigger ? Currently I set it to 10gb min 16gb max on Drive C:\

More about : page file bigger

Bigger does not make it better.

The pagefile is for when the system runs out of actual RAM. It then swaps back and forth between the RAM and hard drive space.
Be it 10GB or 100GB...it is still talking to the hard drive, which is drastically slower than RAM.

Solution? More actual RAM.

Yes I know but is there any other way to improve performance in watch dogs ? I mean stuttering.

Identify the problem first.
Is it lack of RAM? More RAM is needed
Is it a low end GPU? Get a better one
Low end CPU? Then change that
Or is it something else? Find the issue and fix that.

Seriously, you can't be expecting to play latest aaa games which require 8gb ram, with only 2gb. Hdd is 1000s times slower than ram. What is the rest of your system? 8gb ram costs the same as the game!

Watch Dogs is the new Crysis -- heh heh

The new patch supposedly helped somewhat, but an older C2D with a GTX750 will likely struggle at higher resolutions and detail.

I managed to get almost all of the stutter out of the game by increasing the pagefile and using a defragment program called contig. Thank you for your support anyway
