As you can see I'm getting a solid 60FPS but it's stuttering and it's driving me crazy. Novatech (this site I bought it from) has had it in for inspection and they say it's fine but all they did was run Valley Benchmark. I ran Valley Benchmark and it didn't show any stutter either. Nearly every game has this issue some worse than others, Fallout New Vegas is one of the worst.
