Looking at putting a third video card in my machine, probably a quadro, for use with rendering applications. I also have two GTX780s for gaming.
I know i cant tri-SLI with the third video card due to it not being the same, but if the third video card is not connected to the others via an SLI cable, can i still turn SLI on, so that the two GTX780s still make use of the added power?
