graphics ddr3 ddr5

Solution
The motherboard's DDR RAM & a graphics card GDDR RAM are unrelated when using a dedicated/discrete graphics card. They work separately from each other, so don't worry about it in terms of compatibility.

Your motherboard ram on very rare occasions can be used for graphics processing if needed, that is if your card runs out of memory. But this is unlikely to happen on a modern GPU with 1GB or more of ram if you stay within acceptable settings for your cards performance abilities. Other situations where your motherboard ram comes into play, is if your using an intergrated graphics processor (IGP) that is built into the processor, it will use a portion of your ram for graphics.
