So I built this HTPC about two years ago and it ran fine for about a year until a fuse in the power supply blew. We replaced the power supply and it worked fine for a couple of month until it started blue screening, and now it wont boot windows at all.

When I power it on it posts fine, but it gets stuck at the windows screen with the loading bar.

These are the components:

AMD APU A6-3500
MSI A75MA-GD55
8GB Kingston HyperX
500GB WD Blue
1TB WD Green
750w PSU

I've tested the RAM and the HDD's in my personal computer and both will boot fine in there, so I know neither of those are faulty. I've also refit the APU's heatsink and cleared CMOS and they made no difference either.

I'm not sure what is causing the problem or how to test the apu or mobo in case one of those are the issue. Any advice or suggestions is much appreciated, thanks!

Solution
Like this the only way to test the MB or cpu, you need other similar MB/CPU, or test them in your friend system or the local PC shop. And most likely it is the MB.

Thanks for the reply cin,

I just went to check and all the capacitors seem fine. Yesterday when I redid the heat sink I didn't notice anything on the processor either. I actually got it to boot once yesterday, but it was heinously slow.
