Solution

Turn hibernation off:

A) Open a Elevated Command Prompt.
B) In the elevated command prompt, type powercfg -h on and press Enter.

Pagefile. Depending on how much RAM you have, you can reduce that a lot. I have 16GB RAM, and a pagefile of 1GB min and max. Some people have it off completely, but some applications choke on that.

It is space reserved on the HDD for whenever the OS sees you are running out of actual RAM. When that happens, it swaps some stuff between the RAM and the HDD space.
It used to be very useful when RAM was tiny. Today, not so much.

You can try reducing it some. Take it down to 4GB min/max and see how things run.
