How to fix 'Code31: "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device."

There is an exclamation point (!) in device manager/portable devices on yellow field. The exclamation mark is there for every USB devices .
Things I tried
-plugin and unplug the devices.
-restoring to previous version
-uninstalling the devices
-trouble shooting (but it cannot identify the problem)

Sounds like your USB driver is corrupted. Do you know the make and model of your computer/motherboard?

If so, you can easily obtain the drivers from the manufacturer website or from your original support disc/cd/dvd. After that, you should uninstall the usb hub/controller drivers using the hardware manager and then install a fresh copy of the drivers from the support media or website download.
