Is my motherboard compactible with r7 260x?

I have an msi n9600 GT and of course i want to upgrade now...so i decided i want to buy an Powercolor r7 260x but i am not sure can my motherboard take it and so i hoped you guys could help me about that,my motherboard is AS rock G41C-gs.
rest of the pc:
Core 2 duo e8400
8gb ram
550w psu
n9600gt
g41c-gs
My budget is 200KM (converted to USD 138$) so you can suggest other GPUs in that budget.

Hello,thanks for helping me out.
Honestly im not actually sure which psu it is ,i think its some Antec psu because i got it with the Antec 900 case.
Thanks once again,I will buy the 260x in a few days,hope for the best :D
