Hi I have a Compaq Presario SR5601UK DESKTOP PC what motherboard can I upgrade to from a MS-7525 BOSTON

MS-7525 BOSTON motherboard is a Micro-ATX: 24.4 cm (9.6 inches) x 21.9 cm (8.6 inches) size.

You can reuse the PC case, however it may be easier to buy a bare PC case. The case is a Mini-Tower which fits Micro-ATX motherboards. A Mid-Tower PC case would fit Micro-ATX and also ATX size motherboards.

The form factor for your motherboard is Micro-ATX. Are you looking to replace your motherboard, processor and ram? Depending on your needs for the computer and what processor and memory you currently have, it is pretty unlikely that you will see any substantial performance increases by going with the same LGA 775 chipset based boards.

Can you outline you needs, potential budget, programs used etc etc, that way I can give you a more precise rundown of parts, costs and process.
