Confused Man Needs Help

Your build will work.
It has an appropriate budget for cpu and gpu in general.
But, I might do things differently.

If your BF4 game is single player, graphics is most important. That is true for most other games too.
But, if you will be playing multiplayer, then the cpu capability is more important.
I view the FX series as weak in per core performance.

32gb is a no go for a ssd to contain the os. You need 120gb at least.
32gb fills up fast, and many things want to go on the "C" drive. A ssd will lose performance and longevity as it gets past 90% full.

TX3 has a small/fast fan. Better to go with a hyper212 evo and a 120mm fan.

7950 is an older power hungry card. I would use a more modern GTX760 or similar instead.

Corsair CX is only a fair budget psu. Better to buy a good quality 600-650w psu to allow for future upgrades.
Here is a list of quality:

The i5s have 4 cores (vs the fx-6300's 6 cores) but each i5 core is more powerful.
