help: PC freezing after a while

my screen freezing and i cant do anything not even cltr+alt+del. only restart works for a while and after it freezes again.. does anyone know what the problem may be?

Ok next thing... Hav u been able t check CPU temperatures? Try using Realtemp... I presume u r using stock cooling?

Can I ask how old this system is, and who long it ran ok before theses problems?

I'm suspecting yo PSU needs replacing, but need t rule all else out first

i didnt change anything hardware.
it was working fine so i assume i should check disk..
i think it may be the flash player 11 but i am not sure... i ll try the check and i ll see what happeneds

Why do you think it might be Flash Player?

Have you run those antiviurs and antimalware checks? This is important...

Sorry, your PSU - is that a Cooler Master Force 500W?

I reinstall the windows 7 in my pc and eventually its not the flash player cause it is still freezing... yeah its the cooler master... i also tried the disk check and there was no problem there too...
