R9 290 or Dual R9 270 for 3-4 4k monitor

MY current setup is

AMD a10-7850k

ASROCK A88 Extreme6 FM2+

240 gb ssd

16gb ram

500w power

windows 7

I am slowly accumlating 4k monitor ...currently pre-ordered 2 AOC 4k monitor ...i will be adding total of 4 monitor each with 4k resolution...

what card should i order?

Dual r9 270 that can each support dual 4k or one R9290x with 4 mini display port ....

wont be using for games..mostly charts and programming....

also i think i need to upgrade my power as well...also cna PCU be the bottle neck for this as well?

I didn't see any 260's with dual display ports, only 270's or more expensive GeForce 760's. I think your best option would be 2x R7-270's which should be fine on that power supply as long as you aren't gaming. (for example my 4770k +2x GTX 770's idle is about 150 watts)

If you wanted a new PSU, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic, and some Antec ones would work, but again I don't think a PSU upgrade would be necessary
That PSU is not that bad, I personally wouldn't run a 290 on it due to the size but since it is not likely to be loaded to max for lengthy periods of time it would probably be fine.
I would buy whatever is the cheapest option, most if not all of the time these GPU's will be sitting idle just powering the displays, if you can find 260 that has 2 display ports (I cant find any) than you could even get 2 of those to power 4 screens.

thank you... i do expect to upgrade the PSU as well i understand that....i am just waiting if i want to upgrade to I7 yet or wait till year end which i do most often as off good deal.....

also would you recomend a good PSU .....

i tried looking but i couldnt find any 260 supporting 4k yet...may be i was not looking very closely....
