My System Configuration :-

CPU :- AMD FX-4300 Quad Core 3.8 Ghz Black Edition with 8 MB L2 Cache.

RAM :- Corsair 4 GB (4GB*1 RAM) 1333 MHz.

SMPS and Coolers :- Corsair VS450 450w PSU with 120mm Fan.

Cabinet :- Frontech Rainbow with 2 Cooling Fans.

Motherboard :- Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard.

HDD :- Seagate 1TB Hard Disk.

Monitor :- LG 20EN33TS LED Monitor with 1x D-SUB and 1x DVI-D Port.

Speaker :- Creative 2.1 Speaker with Woofer.

UPS :- Frontech 600 VA UPS

Keyboard-Optical Mouse Combo _ Logitech.

GPU :- Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 1GB DDR5 with 950MHz Core Clock and minimum 450W Power Supply (Planned).

Now my question is, will my motherboard support my planned GPU?? my second question is how will my PC perform in gaming if it supports this GPU? Thank you :)

The board is fine for that gfx card. Why would you expect a performance loss? Your system will be a good 720P-ish gamer. 1080p with reduced settings in some games. At 1600x900, it should fall right in the middle of those two estimates.
