I wanna buy a gaming pc at around 1200$ wich handles latest game like watch dogs with super FPS 1080p.(if u can tell me the FPS i will get from this computer on games like watch dogs bf4 etc would be nice).
I wanna buy the parts and then send it to get it built (its just 5$).
The question is:is there any webpage where i can order all my computer parts as i want and get them transported to me).

Well, I went non overclock, with an i7 4770 performance for less. Managed a larger capacity, but still decent SSD, changed to a less expensive case and ram, and added in a faster GPU. Here is a different R9 290 option.

You guys know any graphic card wich i can replace and get watch dogs or bf4 gift card with it but should be in the budget,dont lower the performance (getting a bit higher would be awesome)
