When I turn on my pc the boot screen is off centered, some of the text is going off the screen. The other problem is when I try to access my bios all I see is a low resolution mouse and a black screen

I am using a hdmi cable to connect to a 22 inch led tv and my resolution is 1776 x 1000

Solution
I tried clearing bios by pressing the button on the mb and now my I have a really bad purple tint and cant log in to my desktop because I have a message that says "Device unsupported"

Okay I fixed the issue above by connecting to the old monitor and setting up the bios. Everything works fine with the old connection: the windows flag, bios the problem is only when I use the tv as a monitor

Bumping is not allowed on Tom's Hardware forums. Patience please. Thank you.

First, you are using a non-standard resolution. Try changing to 1920x1080 or 1280x720. You may need to adjust your scaling options for your video driver as well.

What make/model of video card are you using? Also, what make/model of HDTV?

Sorry about that I am usually patient but I was afraid no one would reply if it got to buried.

I am using the graphics card built into my amd a8-6600k apu (Radeon HD 8570D)
The Tv I use is a 22 inch ploaroid led TLAC-02255 (black)
Also when I booted up the pc for the first time it was connected to a old school tube monitor I don't know if the bios could have possibly set up to it.

I tried switching to 1920x1080 and I still have the problem (the reason why I use 1776 x 1000 is because it looks better) also I forgot to mention I have the windows vista bar instead of the windows 7 flag if that would relate to this issue.
Should I still change my scaling options if so what needs to be adjusted I turned on Gpu scaling which was off but it did not make a difference
