Unless you have spare parts on hand for testing, you may need to take it to a shop for piecemeal diagnostics of the parts. The PSU could be appearing to work but is missing a rail, there could be damage to the motherboard, and/or your processor might have been damaged.
How do you know that your motherboard is not working and that it isn't your RAM?

It could be just about anything to be honest. What testing have you done other than pulling out the RAM? If you remove the RAM and the motherboard beeps that is a good sign. It is telling you that the motherboard is able to detect that no RAM is installed. It may not me be the motherboard. It could be the RAM, it could be the graphics card. It is hard to tell.

When the RAM isnt plugged the beep beep beep etc...isnt heard...No beep beep at all...From a few things i know when the RAM isnt plugged it should be a lot of beep beep should heard...Now w/o the RAM plugged it just keeps the pc running w/o booting or anything at all..No beep beep beep...No boot...No nothing

Nothing at all it is coming up from the motherboard...The power comes fine through the PSU and after it just keep runining w/o doing anything at all...Just keeps the screen at black and the cooler of CPU runs fine enough...That's all it is doing..
