Nope, GTX 650 is pretty old and you'll be lucky to be running today's games on the lowest setting

I've just recently upgraded from an XFX Black Edition (Ghz edition) 7770. I can tell you right now, I was running BioShock Inifinite on Ultra at 40+ fps. It's a fantastic budget card, but if you can, the 7790 has surpassed it in "bang for buck" performance. Try to get a ghz edition 7790
