Wondering if the PNY OC2 needs any additional cooling.

If so, does anyone have any recommendations for waterblocks?

No it does not.

No I do not have any recommendations because it doesn't need liquid cooling unless you plan on breaking a world record..

Sorry it's a bit late but I had to mention, I have this same exact card and under some circumstances I wasn't happy with the temps. In particular playing Rome 2 with graphics enhancement mod at 1440p . I was in the mid 80's and although that is probably okay for this card, I personally, didn't feel comfortable running it at this temp constantly. My last PNY card turned brown on the backside from being so hot. So what I did was buy a Thermaltake Water Performer 3.0 and the Kraken g-10 bracket. Under the same stressful circumstance the card doesn't exceed 60c anymore and I can sleep better at night.
