I am looking to build a gaming PC and I have finally decided what parts to get and I would just like to get a second opinion on them

CPU- AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+
Motherboard- ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0
RAM-HyperX Fury Black Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Graphics Card- SAPPHIRE DUAL-X 100365L Radeon R9 270 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0
Power Supply- EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 750W Active PFC ATX12V v2.31/EPS 12V v2.91 (It is also listed as EVGA 110-B1-0750-VR 750W ATX12V / EPS12V on Newegg)
Hard Drive-Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5
Case- NZXT Source 210
DVD Burner- SAMSUNG DVD Burner SATA Model SH-224DB/BEBE

My questions are
1. Will all of these parts fit together and work fine
2. Are there any substitutes for any of the parts that are better and cheaper
3. Will the RAM work with the motherboard

Any feedback is appreciated

The parts all look fine, though i would try to get a Corsair/XFX/Seasonic PSU for better quality power and more reliability (and 500w should be plenty unless you're planning some major upgrades in the future).
