Hello guys,
as stated in the title can I run the motherboard attached to everything in the case except the cpu.

Attached to GPU, fans, rams, HDD, PSU and case front panel components.

I am waiting for my i5 4690k to arrive but I have installed everything and I would like to test it IF EVERYTHING IS LIGHTENING UP AND WORKING FINE.

Solution
Nope, no brain(cpu) = dead PC, I think the only thing that can be done without cpu and ram installed is using the USB flashback on asus motherboards, and thats just to update the bios. If there is no ram or cpu installed you will hear some beeps or see an error code on the tiny display (depending on the mobo) :)

I am not trying to see if it boots or not what i am trying to find out is that if the fans works and if the fan control in the case front panel works properly.
What I am wondering about if it will harm the motherboard and the components that are attached to it.

It wont damage anything if you try it without a cpu installed, some mobos will just turn on then probably turn off again after 4-5 secs, others might stay on until you turn it off manually(usually happens if it has a cpu installed but the ram isnt installed properly)

I have tried to turn on the PSU it appears to me that there is electricitygoing on but nothing happens like the fans doesn't run, no sign of working.
