I got a custom IBUYPOWER computer on Dec 11th, recently the AzzA 500w PSU failed. I decided to get a new one cause i need to compute, i got the 'Sentey® Power Supply 550w ' and now windows 7 64x wont start up. It says starting windows for a few seconds two of the swirly dots appear for a split second than is crashes and restarts. Ive tried clearing CMOS, checking HDD's/RAM. everything i can think of.

go into bios and set the dvd as the primary boot device/ save and quit. you will then be given the option to press any key to boot off the dvd, just after the reboot splash screen. just hit anything before the dots run out and windows should start loading off the dvd.
