I updated my computer due to motherboard failure and now have an asrock extreme4... I am using patrior memory (2x8gb) intel extreme masters limited edition ram. The odd thing is I checked out all the ports with the one stick and works a treat with the one 8gb. The other one when test each port on single channel just causes the computer to light up, ashut down, light up, shut down
soooo I tried it in someone else computer and it works fine!!!
they are both from the same pack and identical.
any help would be much appreciated
