Looking for intel i5 no oc + single gpu mobo

Hello everyone,

Please suggest a good motherboard for intel i5 4670 + single nvidia gtx 770 set up. Budget is 80-90.
For non OC I see lot of suggestions for H87 board but also have read z87 are better quality boards even if not oc'ing. Could you please clarify which one I should choose and why?

I would suggest a i5-4690 and ASUS H97 MB.......

H97 or Z97 gives you an option for a future broadwell 14nm cpu upgrade.
H97 like this will fit your budget:

But... I would try to up my budget to $100 and buy a Z97 based motherboard. A future cpu upgrade is likely to be good for overclocking.

I won't be doing an upgrade for the next 4 years at least as this is for a new system. What would you suggest?
