What am I suppose to do at the BIOS screen.

Ok I'm building a new pc and I know how to build one. One part im confused about is the BIOS screen. I have no idea what to do please help.

Please tell me what to do there. And also PLEASE put a video link for me to watch so i can understand what to do at the BIOS screen.

You shouldn't have to do anything actually, the default parameters should be allright.. You should edit the bios setting only if something is wrong with your hardware

So I don't have to change or make something more useful than other parts.
