whats a good gaming psu?

Solution
This is a bit more than you need but will allow you to some decent upgrades (along with high end GPUs) without having to replace the power suply. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg620m

It is not quite enough if you plan to run multiple graphics cards, but it will be fine for any single graphics cards, even the most top end ones. The PSU is also powerful enough for HD 7850 in CrossFireX configuration, although, I'm not sure why you would want to do that.

There is no such thing as a "gaming" PSU. A PSU simply converts the less stable Alternating Current (AC) to a more stable Direct Current (DC). There might be some designed to look more gaming oriented, but the design doesn't really matter, unless it's about the fan. About your PSU, it looks good, and, if you've done your research as to not overload your PSU, it should work fine. Brands that you want to go with are Corsair, NZXT, EVGA, XFX, Seasonic, etc. Brands you want to stay away from are Raidmax, Coolmax, etc.

I would get the 750 watt evga you linked it is a great psu and is large enough if you wan to add another gpu in the future for crossfire.
