So I have finally got all of the parts to my custom PC. I also have finished putting it all together and everything looks to be working yet not even bios pops up on screen. I have done hours of researching and I cant seem to find the problem.

Here is my parts list:
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113326&cm_re=amd_fx_4350-_-19-113-326-_-Product

Graphics: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127783&cm_re=msi_graphics_card-_-14-127-783-_-Product

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128627&cm_re=gigabyte_970a-d3p-_-13-128-627-_-Product

Ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314&cm_re=ripjaws_8gb-_-20-231-314-_-Product

Power supply: couldn't find the link but it is a cooler master extreme powerplus 700w

My hard drive is a simple 1tb

I am looking for any help I have put a lot of money into this build and I really need it to work.

(Keep in mind this is my very first build)

It's most likely A) a problem with your MoBo, or B) Something isn't hooked up right. Hopefully, it's the latter.

EDIT: It could also be an issue with your CPU. Even if your RAM, HDD, or GPU were faulty, you could still reach the BIOS.

How do you know it's the PSU exactly? He could have a faulty MoBo or CPU.

Maybe, but I would assume if my PSU was faulty nothing would work. Everything in my comp powers up, nothing pops up on screen however
