Best (Budget) Mobo for overclocking FX 6300?

Hey guys I am planning an upcoming build and I am deciding which mobo to get.
I would like to overclock my 6300 as much as possible, and I am getting a 212 EVO to cool it. I plan to have 2x4gb 1866 memory, 1tb sata 6 gb/s, and a PowerColor R9 270X TurboDuo (which I would like to Crossfire later). I do not have a case or PSU selected yet.

I would also like it to follow my color scheme, black and red. It can be all black, that's totally fine, but I don't want yellow or blue covering most of my motherboard.

I would like to keep it under $150 but maybe I could make sacrifices somewhere or just spend some more money.

I am deciding between these but I am open to any recommendations:

ASRock 990FX Extreme3 ($99.99)- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157281&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ($109.99)- http://www.microcenter.com/product/366425/GA-990FXA-UD3_Socket_AM3_990FX_ATX_AMD_Motherboard

ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer ($134.99)- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157479&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 ($149.99)- http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=MB-990FXD5&c=CJ

If you think that I wouldn't notice the color scheme of something else with an air CPU cooler and 2 DIMM slots filled then I could go for that but it would look weird with bright blue in the middle of my black and red build.

So could you guys recommend any of these or something I haven't listed here? And also could you tell me what speeds I could reach with my 6300?

Thank you for any help and advice!

i would go for one of the two first mobos listed and then go for a FX-8320 instead. It's the same chip as the 8350, 9370, 9590 it's just the cheapest less overclockable version. But if you overclock and reach 8350 clock speeds, it's basically a 8350, if you reach 9370 clock speeds then it's basically a 9370...
it's ~$30 more which you would save by keeping the mobo under $120.
Will overclock worse than the 6300 with a $150 mobo probably, but it doesn't matter because the 8320 is already quite faster.

Why on earth would you recommend a 4+1 power phase board for overclocking (the ASRock Extreme3)? Good Lord man. If you're encouraging the OP to get an octocore processor and OC it you better damned well have the power delivery system to support it. The GA-990FXA-UD3 (and make sure it's a rev. 4) isn't terrible for that purpose but I wouldn't get one regardless. There is an huge thread regarding it at Oveclock.net and innumerable posts regarding VRM failure while overclocking a higher TDP CPU (like the FX-8320).

A better choice than either of those would be a ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 which can be had for $119.00 ($99.00 after rebate) from Amazon. It has a 6+2 digital power phase count and is rock solid for overclocking. Most people can match the OC they'd get from the more expensive Sabertooth with one. As far as color goes if its that important to the OP he might as well get the ASRock Killer 990FX. It would be a better choice than either of the ones you listed and its red and black (and on sale with a promo code at Newegg right now - $121.50). Also, as far as gaming goes save for a few that can actually take advantage of eight threads the difference between an FX-6300 and FX-8320 (both OC'd to their max) is imperceptible.

I didn't actually recommend anything but getting the eights core, because im not the best around for AM3+ mobo picking, i just recommended the budget change. And i did also write that hes getting less overclockability on the sub-$120.
And the OP didn't actually mention gaming a single time in his thread, so i assume he's not only going to only use this for games.
But if you say that ASUS can do better without blowing the budget, then i think the OP should get that... for his eight core. :)

The 8320's passmark single threaded score is 9 points behind the 6300 both stock (1403 vs 1412)
While a 6300 overclocked is still ~600 points behind the stock 8320 in overall performance (7416 vs 8092)

Therefore i think the eight core is better, even if this is a machine for gaming.
