Gtx 770 sli, Questionable performance

I just got a second gtx 770 and have put it into sli. I have about 60 mods including ENBs, hd textures installed onto skyrim. I only get 30-40fps outside. This seems really low to me. I have Nvidia CP set to Force alternate frame rendering 2. Also I just upgraded my motherboard and lost my fx-8120 4Ghz OC. Its running at stock now. How much of an impact is that overclock?

It was drivers. COMPLETELY got rid of any Nvidia related files, restarted, re-installed drivers and instant 10-20 fps gain. FX-8120 wasn't bottle necking it down to 30-40, even though I do believe it is still bottle necking my cards some. I will overclock it when i have a couple days to do whatever. Also adding lines into skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini to make skyrim run on more then 2 cores also helped a little.
