Okay so first off, This is in Australia so Prices are a bit picky and Ill be shopping at PCCASEGEAR

https://pccasegear.com/

Also The limit is $3000, I know its alot but yes not going lower!!

I already have the Motherboard and case so i dont need them, The motherboard i have is the ASUS Sabertooth X79 Motherboard

Its 2011 Socket and i want to get a 6 core CPU.

Also The build i want to watercool my CPU and GPU's

Also if i can sli 780's TI if it is in the $3000 budget.

already have the Case and Motherboard, Dont worry the Case is big and supports all radiators up to 280mm

THANKYOU!!!!

(Quick edit, can i get Green liquid for the cooling)
Cheers

Solution
I understand you wanted to use pccasegear for your build, but I found that their prices were inflated and you would not be getting the best bang for your buck. Here's what I came up with:

Build #1 includes everything you wanted except the SLI, as two 780 TI's isn't really possible within your budget. Subtract the price of the MOBO because you already have it, I just included it for compatibility reasons.

Put together a wishlist on pccg and post the link.

eg i7 4930k
(asus sabertooth x79)
(case? - what make and model?)
ram - 8gb 1866 - if gaming
Watercooling cpu is easy. GPU gets very costly. I'd prefer air cooling for cpu any way eg http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_23&products_id=18927&zenid=157c1f345fb488f72970534e1515dfa8

VGA water cooling - All In One eg http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_314&products_id=27304&zenid=157c1f345fb488f72970534e1515dfa8

or put together a kit - just for gpus or two loops - one for gpus and another for cpu -http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=207_160&zenid=157c1f345fb488f72970534e1515dfa8

Power Supply - for 780ti SLI - min 950W eg

Now here's another build I made with 2 R9 290's by AMD. I understand if you want to stick with NVIDIA for whatever reason, but these offer rivaling performance to the 780 TI but for around half the price, plus they can be water cooled.

Added my build. Look at post above. The EVGA SuperNOVA 1000G2 is killer right now.

But if you don't already have Windows, adding an OS to the build will push the build way over budget. Knowing that six cores are overkill for gaming, here's an alternate option.
