Windows 8.1 system_thread_exception_not_handled (igdkmd64.sys) after clean install

So I just finished building my new PC (yay) and I am running into BSOD with the above issue. I honestly have no idea what's causing it. It seems to be a driver issue, but I'm just installing the drivers that came with my components. I'm on Windows 8.1

I've gone back to my initial restore point to try various different driver discs at a time, and I just can't really figure out what's doing it and how to avoid it.

Don't stay with the boxed drivers, go get the latest updates online, your error is probably due to the Intel graphics driver needing an update..http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/graphics

It seems this error does have to do with the intel graphics driver--from what research I've done--but I just went there, and it said it was current. :/

Try all drivers related to video - you might like this program http://www.iobit.com/driver-booster.php It finds all the latest drivers automatically. Just make sure you do a custom install and avoid any toolbars or browser helpers and the like.

Also try updating direct x from Microsoft. That's all I got.
