Try moving the radiator to a location where it can get more airflow or somewhere that is isolated from other heat sources. Using Scythe Gentle Typhoons on the radiator also may help. If it took you long to install the cooler, the thermal paste may have dried. Try reinstalling and my other suggestions.

are those fans good for radiators?

plaintuts

Admirable
If you can.
Try to configure your chasis fans to have one intake on the side panel above the cpu

The radiator in the top fan as exhaust and a exhaust fan on the back.

3 intake fans on the front panel (if possible)

Also check your cable management.
