help me with bsod 124.

Solution
0x124: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, is one of the more annoying BSOD's to track down. 99.9% of the time, its a HW problem of some sort, but tracking it down can be a killer.

Starting with the obvious things, remove OC, check temps, ensure BIOS/Drivers are up to date.

Also, what PSU brand are you using? Cheap PSU's can easily cause this issue due to voltage instability.
note: I looked at the last two bugcheck in you dumps
one was a bugcheck generated by the network because a virus scanner was mucking around in the network code. You have a very old unpatched version of windows 7 but are running a current virus scanner. A current virus scanner will not work around old bugs in windows that were fixed years ago, it will just trigger bugchecks in the old windows code until you apply all the current patches. You have to update windows or use a very old virus scanner (from 2010)

the second bugcheck:
this is error generated directly from the cpu.
in your case from proccessor 1 bank 0
bus error
Error : BUSL0_SRC_ERR_M_NOTIMEOUT_ERR (Proc 1 Bank 0)
Status : 0xb200004000000800

machine info
BIOS Version 603
BIOS date 8-20-2010
Manufacturer ASUSTeK Computer INC.
Product P5KPL-AM
Processor Version Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz
Processor Voltage 8dh - 1.3V
External Clock 333MHz
Max Speed 3800MHz
Current Speed 2666MHz

basically the memory controller in the cpu detected a error and the CPU called a bugcheck that shut down your system.

I would check your CPU's cooling and make sure it is still working and not over heating. (blow the dust out for starters) you system was only up for 30 seconds before the CPU shut the system down. I would expect that your cooling will have to totally failed (fan on the CPU is not spinning)

if the cooling is ok, i would then check that the various CPU voltages in the BIOS are correct to the CPU. (reset the BIOS to defaults or update the BIOS and reconfigure the system)

if they are ok, I would then assume that your voltage regulators on either the motherboard or the power supply are going out. (based on the age of the computer) (try a new power supply and see if that resolves the problem)

if the power supply is ok, then your motherboard is likely starting to fail in its voltage regulation.

if the motherboard is ok, then you might have actual damage to your CPU
(not likely, it does not look like it was overclocked)

pretty old system, expect it to die soon if it is not a simple cooling issue
