Modified gtx 690 SLI with another gtx 690?

So according to this forum: http:// a gtx 690 can be modified into a quadro k5000. This modification only changes one out of the two gpus into a k5000. Since a gtx 690 and a quadro k5000 is recognized by the os, can this modifed gtx 690 SLI with another gtx 690?
