Help setting up 2133hmz ram on AMD platform?

I have bought 2x 8gb dimms (16gb) Hyperx Beast 2133mhz ram for my ga-990fxa-ud3 and fx-8350 and I cannot get the XMP profile to work. It doesnt boot under the 2133 profile, but it does work with the 1600mhz one at 1.6v, I got it to 1866mhz with 1.6 and timings of 9-10-9-27. For some reason bluescreens happen during prime95 with 9-9-9-27. I have never overclocked my CPU and was wondering how can I overclock my CPU slightly to allow for the 2133mhz profile at the rated 11-12-11 timings.

Yes will more than likely need an OC on the CPU, may need to raise DRAM voltage + 0.05 and more than likely need the CPU/NB voltage (that's your MC (memory controller) voltage) to 1.24 or so, may be even higher but would start there
