To All The Amazing PC Building Masterminds Out There :
What would be a great i5 processor that can be overclocked? Please try include a processor that'll deliver great performance for the price. This is for my first PC build, and I don't plan on going high end.
THIS PC WILL BE HANDLING EXTREME GRAPHICS.
Mainly Battlefield 4 lol.
Specs as of now (All prices in AUD) :
-Intel i5 4590- (I want to see if there's anything better in the i5 series/ bang for the buck as well) = $206
-EVGA GTX 770 4gb ACX Cooling = $468
-ASUS H97 MOBO = $116
-Cooler Master K380 Mid Tower Full Mid-Night ATX Case = $65
-G.Skill RipJaws Series (2x4) DDR3 = $79
-Seagate Barracuda 1TB = $87
-AsusVS247HV 23.6inch LED Monitor = $175
-Windows 8.1 64 Bit OEI = $119
-Cosair CX Series CX750 (750w) Power Supply - $107
Total Price in AUD = $1422
Total Price in USD = $1335
* Any component I can change for better/similar performance for similar/lower prices? (Other than GPU)
* Does this build look balanced?
* Any better case with better cooling but, around the same price or lower?
Note - I am completely new to building PCs. Please don't hate me for being stupid on some decisions in the current spec list.
