Hello All,

I just recently built this computer, well bought it barebones and took it to a professional to assemble it. So the problem is when im playing games or watch youtube/twitch my computer freezes the mouse can be moved but the computer freezes. Sometime it would go with 1-2 hours without freezing and sometimes 30 minutes. I do stability test it will last forevr on Prime95. Im clueless here and its frustating and hard to enjoy my computer when gaming or watching a video and freezes and lockups and forced to hard reset.

I narrowed it down to the memory/ram issue is causing the problem.(I Think)*
I look on my motherboard BIOS and it says the DRAM voltage is 1.472 but my RAM indicates it's a 1.5V. Is this my issue? Please and Thank you.

here are my Specs:

CPU: 9590 4.7Ghz AMD w/ H80i Cooling
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
RAM: Corsair Vengence 16GB 2x8GB - 16000MHz
GPU: Sapphire Vapor-X R9 290
PSU: TX Corsair 850W

Please and Thank you.

(Heating is not an issue, I check all the temps, and I believe all my drivers are updated, im not entirely sure on how to update the motherboard bios.)

Solution
That would be caused by the fx9590..

Why did you opted for a 9590 with a poor cooling solution?... Its a cpu built for overclocking..

You will need to tweak the auto OC on the bios, basically downclock or overclock appropriately or disable a few cores for stability and undervolt.

The ram voltage.. Thats normal..
