Hi there! I'm in need of a build, for I'm building a gaming PC soon. I copy pasted the template below, with all the info! Thanks a lot for helping me!

Approximate Purchase Date: About a month, maybe?
Budget Range: My budget's around 700-800$. I'm willing to spend a bit more if it extends performance.
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Recording and gaming is my main priority for this.
Are you buying a monitor: No.
Parts to Upgrade: I have no parts so far.
Do you need to buy OS: No, I don't. (What's an OEM license of Windows?)
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I usually don't know any websites at all for this, anything will do. Newegg?
Location: I'm in Australia! But I have access to Malaysia for cheaper parts if needed?
Parts Preferences: Well, since I'm new to this, I don't know much. As long as it runs really well, I'm happy:) For the graphics card; I'm not too sure about which to choose; the AMD Radeon R9 280X or the nVidia GeForce GTX 770? And also for the core; intel or AMD?
Overclocking: Uhh, no thanks?
SLI or Crossfire: No thanks.
Your Monitor Resolution: I have 1920x1080.
Additional Comments: Haha, screw bling; it just needs to run fast. I need a quiet PC; it gets too noisy. I'm not sure; I'm plying Minecraft at the moment and I intend to record, but I also want to play other games like BF4, LoL, WoW, and a heap of other games at a good speed while recording.
Thanks a heap!

For Tom's which is better; the 2013 or the current one?
