Is this enough space for PSU fan?

I just got a Dell Poweredge 800 and I changed out the factory PSU because it ran its fan constantly. I changed some pins on a 500W Dynex PSU and got it to work. The only problem is the stock Dell PSU had a fan on the back of the PSU while the new one has a fan on the bottom. The fan is large but it is blocked by the giant CPU air duct. I will try to post a pic or a link for the pic. Is the bad for the power supply or is it plenty of room?

Dell is bad from one end to the other. I wouldn't waste my time playing with it.

I understand. I just wanted to use it for a simple camera server. I just wanted to make sure I don't fry the power supply since the fan might not be able to cool it due to that duct blocking it.

The psu fan should still be able to draw in enough air , if you are worried , remove the duct , it is not essential

it does help remove the air , better to keep it on , but it can be removed , it looks like you have some room there between the psu and the duct so you should be ok just keep an eye on it
